Our chocolate-covered almond pebbles are as delicious as they are beautiful, with delicately roasted almonds covered in a generous layer of milk and dark chocolate, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment with a comforting tea or coffee. Our pure origin chocolates: 64% dark chocolate from Costa Rica, with woody notes, olives, coffee, and acidic cocoa; 42% milk chocolate from Ecuador with a major note of sweet spices and a minor note of dried fruits; and Dulcey chocolate, a delicately caramelized white chocolate. The almonds come from Sicily, an origin that not only boasts incomparable flavor and quality but is also rich in nutritional value. Finally, to achieve these lovely shiny colors, our chocolatiers coat the balls with a layer of colored sugar.
