Gazing Globe, Stainless Steel - X Large. Floatable A jewel in every garden with a symbolic meaning. These stainless steel gazing globes were used to ward off witches, diseases and adversity. Witches were not allowed to see their own mirror image; this would deprive them of their magic. Nowadays we use the gazing globe as an eye catcher in the garden, pond or as decoration indoors. The reflection scares the herons and birds of prey away.

Traps are excellent quality for the price- and items were double boxed for safe delivery. The only issue I had was the shipping/processing times. Ordered March 10, supposed to ship April1 , shipped April 2. This seems a long time to wait for items that are already packed in a box. I would however, shop again, and see what a second order brings.
