Nestled in the heart of the Colombian Massif, Inzá sits among towering volcanoes and is the birthplace of many of the country’s great rivers. This high-altitude, temperate setting yields excellent conditions for specialty coffee, and local producers—many of whom have long avoided chemical inputs—honor age-old farming traditions. The Pillimue Family has been instrumental in guiding the community toward certified organic practices, helping over 80 producers adopt innovative methods such as reusing farm waste to create inexpensive, effective bio-fertilizers. This coffee is certified Organic.
