Yuzu Oil, also known by the botanical name Citrus junos, is a pure essential oil steam-distilled from the peels of the citrus Yuzu fruit. This clear essential oil carries a tart citrus aroma, with a scent similar to a combination of orange peel and grapefruit. Yuzu oil is commonly used in various aromatherapy blends and is said to help revitalize the skin, making it a popular ingredient in topical personal-care formulations. The quality of service from this brand has significantly dropped, order upon order. As mentioned in various other reviews from disgruntled customers, the lack of response to your enquiry is quite concerning. Brand constantly over promise and under delivery (and never learn from it). The team repeatily say they will do something (or respond) and rarely do. Only through multiple interactions do you finally get a response with little substance or urgency. Again, your concerns go around in circles.
