The products are excellent, we have only had satisfied customer feedback. However, contacting them is complicated because we have not received a response from them to implement a solution to avoid losing products. It's a shame because we had the clientele. The packaging in the boxes is not great because the products are often mixed. The second order was better packaged, though. It's a pity there are no individual bags for these products.

Great and the packaging is convenient, the sausages arrived in excellent condition.

The products look great, the smell too, but they arrived in plastic bags and very, very, very damp, even wet.

1 downside. It's a pity that all the sausages are placed loose in a box. I would have preferred them to be bundled by flavor. The sausages are neatly labeled by flavor.
