I was so excited to receive this order. And I was so sad when I opened it and the whole order was wrong. Not only that, but it was in a big jumbled mess. All completely tangled up together. The quality was poor. No invoice not properly marked or tagged. You can see what I ordered and what I received. It doesn’t even resemble it.

The Certificate of Authenticity was NOT included in the package. This COA is what justifies the price and proves it's actually made of authentic Louis Vuitton recycled bags. I sent a message with no response back yet. They also used the wrong shipping label and had to cancel and resend my package with no communications I had to call Faire to understand what was happening I just received an email from them that I had requested a refund which wasn’t true. If there’s no COA I will ask for a refund!
