More than half of the items were damaged. Torn labels, marks and stains on covers, threads pulling out around edges of notebooks. Very disappointed. The passports were great but otherwise I don’t plan on ordering again unless the quality control is improved.

We are excited to start carrying letterfolk products. Our order was fulfilled quickly and we were able to get the journals on the shelves in time for the weekend, which is when sales are the highest. The order arrived beautifully packaged.
