Chosen by Tsujita-san himself, this tin is designed to store Yamatsu Tsujita's Ichimi Togarashi and for using at the table. To fill, just remove the top, empty the spice pouch into the tin, and replace the top. When you're ready to add some spice to your dish, rotate the top until the holes align and then sprinkle the spice on your food. Rotate again to close. It is the perfect accompaniment on the table when you want to add some zing to any meat dish, noodles, miso soup or whatever you want to spice up. Tsujita-san recommends keeping his spices in the freezer when not using to preserve freshness. NOTE: Ichimi Togarashi sold separately. About the producer: Yamatsu Tsujita Co.
