Description
Our staple ‘Nduja recipe is stuffed into a traditional “Orba” casing and aged for a minimum of 4 months before packaging. This ‘Nduja is as authentic as it gets. The ‘Orba” casing, a hog middle cap, is the original casing used in Calabria. The flavor is much deeper as this large casing demands a minimum of four to six months of aging!
