Origin: Bondowoso Varietal: Typica, Komposit, Slini, and Karika 1 & 2 Process: Wet Process and Fermentation Aroma: Woodsy, floral Body: Velvety Tasting Notes: Red Plum & Clove Finish: Complex, satisfying Grown in the Bondowoso, on the Ijen Plateau in the eastern part of the Indonesian island of Java. This particular coffee is cultivated on four estates; namely the Blawan, Jampit, Kayumas and Pancoer. The preferred process method is the wet process and fermentation, strictly following UTZ Certified, Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The elevation ranges from 900 to 1,600 meters. This is the perfect climate for developing herbaceous and earthy beans with a mellow acidity and dense flavors of stone fruits.
