Our VT Maple Birch syrup combines the pure earthy flavor of Vermont harvested birch syrup with the dark, rich, and robust flavor of Grade A Vermont Maple syrup. This product is one part birch syrup to ten parts maple syrup. It is absolutely amazing on grilled or broiled salmon, shellfish, or a nice pork loin. (8 ounce bottle)

Attention needs to be paid in shipping. Had to clean up a lot of product due to a broken bottle. Could have been packed better is the only SLIGHT negative. TY
