I had the same experience as a few others here. The packing was horrific. Every single item in the box was busted or damaged. The bowls, while cute were very cheaply made. Glue was visible and the amount of bubbles under the glaze was unacceptable. Very sloppy craftsmanship. The car seat was such bad quality our local shelter refused it as it looked unsafe. There is no snap clasp to attach to a harness, just a flimsy hook. I will not purchase from again.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I tried ordering from them twice, just in case something went wrong the first order. The first order we received were 12 bowls all in one box not wrapped up, so they got tossed around and were completely broken when we opened them. I let them know and sent photos. It took over a month to send a replacement order. That order was wrapped extremely well. But all the bowls still had cracks and chips in them. It was a loss of money for our business.
