The lids on the product ordered were not tighten but that is not the real problem. The problem is with faire and lack of communication for issues like this. There is no phone number to speak to ANY representative of faire. And Faire does not return emails in simple format.

I have purchase directly from Terrapin and their products came with a heat seal around the top lid. The items I bought from this site were different in labels and some products were sealed but most were not. I can not sell without the seal as most of my customers are used to them being sealed. Not sure why the there is a difference. Also some of the tops had puncture marks on the top lid
