Comté is mainly from Franche-Comté. Its maturation for 6 months brings a subtle taste. More than 300g of genuine Comté with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) are required to make one kilo of wafers. By adding the cheese, our chefs added a pinch of pepper that discreetly enhances the flavor of this noble cheese.
