Shipping takes alot of time, orders are shipped every time 2weeks after reported shipping date. (Edit: this also happened with standard shipping) This makes it hard to keep stock and customers satisfied. Communication is nonexistent. Products are good, brand also looks good.

Jolie is an indie brand with a beautiful fantasy aesthetic, the products are of high quality which makes customers gravitate to it. Order was delivered within 8 days after ordering, well packaged. Highly pigmented eyeshadows, great multi and duochrome products. Lipstain is no peel-off, you just blot after applying and you're good to go, very lightweight and beautiful deep colors. Recommend this brand.

The products are great, my customers love them (and so do I!), but unfortunately some of the packaging has a few issues (misprints and typos). Not a huge issue as the products are brill, but this may put some customers off as they may think they are replicas. Communication isn’t great, could absolutely be better. Tried sorting out samples for my store but ended up not going through with samples and placed a much smaller order due to lack of communication. Postage was fast but expensive
