The original Double Seat Diaper Cover that started it all back in 1948! White double seat diaper cover bloomers with embroidered eyelet edging. Inserted waist elastic. Bias cut seat. NOTE: Diaper covers are sized to fit over diapers so are typically a little larger fit than you might expect from non-diaper cover panties. Proudly handmade in El Campo, Texas, USA!
