I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how these were shipped. While the flat scarves were wrapped in cellophane and shipped neatly, the beautiful 3D felted flower scarves were just thrown in the box. Tangled together, misshapen. So I will try steaming the 20 plus scarves to give them the shape in the photos. Time as a business owner, I didn't plan on having to spend. But if I can't steam them, what am I doing, ironing them? If it doesn't work, I'm returning them. So disappointing.
