A traditional Old Fashioned uses high quality bitters and demerara sugar. That's why all of our Old Fashioned varieties contain demerara sugar and award-winning bitters. We work closely with 18.21 Bitters and Bitter Queens to provide the perfect bitter pairing for each of our formulations. All recipes are hand-made in-house in small batches in Buffalo NY with our own trade secret recipes developed by owner Jessica Stephens, Environmental Scientist and Chemist. Makes 48 cocktails. Each flavor (tube) contains eight (8) cocktail cubes. FLAVORS: Traditional Old Fashioned (cherry, orange, bitters); Smoked Maple & Fig Old Fashioned; Smoked Cherry Vanilla Old Fashioned; Rosmary, Maple & Cinnamon Old Fashioned; Blackberry Orange Old Fashioned; and London Fog (Earl Grey, lavender & vanilla) Old Fashioned. Directions: Muddle 2 cubes with a splash of warm/hot water until dissolved. Add two ounces of whiskey/bourbon and serve over ice. General rule of thumb is 1 shot of liquor per Instant Cocktail Cube.
