BRUSIO is our 100% Vermentino di Maremma, certified organic and DOC Maremma Toscana. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a scent rich in floral notes with strong hints of broom, acacia and aromatic herbs (in particular rosemary). Light scents of citrus and exotic fruit. The palate is intense and structured, pleasantly sapid and fresh. The mild climate of the Maremma allows the grape variety to express intense aromas on the nose; fruity notes of white pulp in a natural mix of mineral notes. This derives from the soil of the Metalliferous Hills (250-400 meters), which is particularly rich in nature in chalks, metals and minerals. Harvest 2023 13% vol.
