Wholesale Mini Squishable Frog

I love the product, but inventory management is lacking. I was shipped just over 85% of my order, but received no notice of missing products, no update on my invoice, no refund for the missing items, and they are still listed as in stock. Items DID come in a week later and I have updated my review to reflect that

They shipped fairly quickly, we got everything in our order in one box, and they were great quality stuffed animals.

The squishables product lines are outstanding and I love the attention to detail and fun provided. However, the constant inventory problems both on faire and direct leads to only half orders being received and the lack of communication makes it near impossible to know what you are actually buying until it arrives often in multiple packages spread days apart in delivery. In short: products 5 stars/ Inventory order fulfillment 3 stars/ Communication 2 Stars Total Average: 3.33 stars
