Very happy with the products that I received and the relatively quick processing and shipping of the order. My only disappointment is that two items I order were not included in the shipment. When I inquired about the missing items, I was told that the "order was too small to fulfill." The mistake was made on the fulfillment end of the original order not on my lack of quantity desired.

I ordered a refill set of the gold number candles. I was having some issues with 2 sets of the candles coming in damaged. After leaving a review, customer service reached out very quickly was was extremely helpful to get new, undamaged candles to me. They even reached out after the replacement was delivered to make sure they were ok this time. Very impressed with the service I received.
