The quality of the products are better than OK. One mug arrived broken, unfortunately, I opened the box outside of the 30 day window because I’ve been traveling. There was a note saying that I was going to receive some samples and no samples were received.

I have placed a few orders now with Properly Improper as I cannot keep their CA pouches in stock. Everything they sell is so cute and is a good price for what you get! I can't recommend them enough.
