We choose this brand because we know we can get quality items at affordable prices AND we can get them shipped out next day! We get them in 1-3 days every time because they use Fed Ex! This is important to us! If we have a busy run in our small business, I can jump online, place an order and know I can stick back up within a few days!!!

this was my first order, and I am very very impressed. everything looked exactly like the picture, was of superior quality, is packaged very well for easy merchandising, and was packed really really well. no breakage on any of the mugs. if I had to think of a complaint, I am disappointed that the books were pre-priced. other than that, I loved everything about this experience, and most definitely plan to order again!
