I’ve purchased from them many times, and I do love their products! Well made, tastes great, and it’s local to my area. That being said, when I’ve had a problem they seem very dismissive and unwilling to help. Shipping times also get pushed out without an apology or explanation, and sometimes it happens more than once to the same order. It’s unfortunate, and I was also hoping to use their products in my bar/restaurant, but couldn’t count on shipping even though we are local. Oh well!
