We purchase and love Pearhead's products from other vendors. This was our first direct shipment and we sold a few new items as we were putting them on the floor. We did have some issues with shipping packaging not holding up to delivery causing some crinkled packaging and a few damaged/broken items. Overall we are still please and will continue to buy.
