It was difficult to get the order in as I did not realize that you did not have all letters available. But the order has arrived, and I love the product. Sadly, Fed Ex refuses to leave my orders in the garage and they leave them on the steps outside or on the curb (in the rain). Maybe it would help if you marked the boxes "Leave in the Garage!. I have signs all around the property. UPS follows the directions, but, FedEx does not.

We have carried these for several years and they are always a customer favorite. Makes a great gift for so many occasions. The holder is a great add on and majority of customers opt for the pad and the holder.
