Everything is perfect - Lily is so smart and inspirational! There was a technical issue with my order (Faire's fault, not hers) and she was direct, communicative, held her boundaries, and was incredibly friendly throughout everything. There's a lot of candle companies around the world, but there's nothing like Lily Lou's Aromas. We found her on TikTok and from a referral. Cannot recommend her products enough!

Lily and her mom Chloe are incredible people - as individuals and in business. The products are fragrant and excellent quality, and easily sell even at the $30-$40 price points. Her tiktok is beautiful and fun and engaging, which is how we found her! The whipped candles are truly a treat as well. Communication and everything in between was fantastic. By far the best candle company I've ever dealt with - and I've worked directly with Yankee Candle. You can't go wrong buying Lily Lou's Aromas!
