Bamboo Ear Buds
In a market flooded with low waste products, I would think brands would want to stand out from the crowd. Zefiro did so but in a not-so-good way. My products were just tossed into a box. When it arrives, everything was banging around, the washcloths were dirty from being loosely tossed into the box and a couple of the packages were dented. I like the product offerings but I will shop with a brand that takes more care with fulfillment.

Love the products but we were charged for products that we never received and after messaging asking if they are coming separately they never got back with us. So we are stuck paying for something we didn’t get. Update: they’ve taken care of the missing products finally.
