This is a one-time fee for the initial start to your labeling order that is NONREFUNDABLE. This helps to cover the price of the design of your custom labels and includes as many products as you like to the quote! Partial fee will go back into the price of the order when placed. After this fee is paid, you will receive an email requesting the following (please check your spam or promotions folder!): Your Logo Image file and any other images you'd like included (.png or jpg.) Any text you'd like included (Company name, address, phone, email, website, "Thank you for your business", etc.) Your preferred colors (RGB or HEX) font files and/or names of fonts you would like used Any design ideas or preferences Layouts are typically ready in draft form in 3-5 business days for your review and revision prior to printing.
