Our Amazon coffee is grown by members of the Bagua Grande coffee cooperative in the northwestern Amazon region of Peru. The aim of the cooperative is to market their beans directly. This results in higher profits for families. The community focuses on the exchange of know-how and technical equipment. Organic farming is thus facilitated and promoted. As an espresso roast, the Amazon bean is creamy on the tongue. It is reminiscent of Peruvian chocolate and sweet, refreshing fruits. 1 euro/kg Amazon to KUNO For every kilo of espresso or filter coffee Amazon sold, one euro goes to the Children's University Hospital for Eastern Bavaria — in short: KUNO. The people behind the foundation have set themselves the task of improving the structure of medical care for children in Eastern Bavaria and making life easier for them and their families.
