Provida REGULAR LAX is a food supplement based on 99% pure Psyllium fiber with the addition of Bacillus Coagulans spores, useful for supporting intestinal regularity. Psyllium fiber is very useful for regulating intestinal activity and performing a soothing action on the gastrointestinal system. Being a passive fiber, it is not absorbed by the body and does not have an irritating effect on the intestinal mucosa. It is also suitable for pregnant women, for people suffering from diabetes, in case of constipation, diarrhea, and in the presence of hemorrhoids or fissures. We recommend taking one scoop (4.5 g) once or twice a day. To promote intestinal transit, preferably take in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bedtime.
