My order arrived with a missing tank and an overage. They took care of the replacement tank immediately and had us keep the extra bra we received. They were very quick to respond. Our guests love this collection & so do we!

This is my first order with KB, and I couldn't be happier. It shipped immediately--I had bras in a few days. They followed up with an email introducing themselves and offering help with whatever I might need. Their bras are well made, nicely packaged, labeled well and customers love them. The material is soft, stretchy and supportive. They fit well without having to carry a bunch of sizes. The best part? I now have requests for bra fittings specifically for this brand.
