Beyond our retail jars, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic Bay Area coffee shops, wine bars, and tasting rooms. This jam was born from one such collaboration—crafted specifically to pair with a grilled cheese sandwich on a café menu. One taste, and we knew it needed to join the lineup. Made with rich Turkish figs and a kick of fresh ginger, this jam is earthy, bold, and just a little spicy. We process the figs for easy spreadability while keeping enough texture to make every bite interesting. It’s a dream with strong cheeses, roasted meats, or your favorite sandwich. We cook it down with Turkish figs, pure cane sugar, fresh ginger, and a bit of citrus pectin to get that perfect jammy consistency with a savory edge.
