Frutas el Caimán was born in 1975 as a family business producing table grapes with a Designation of Origin, a guarantee of tradition, quality and origin. In 2020, we launched our exclusive Muscat grape jam with designation of origin, among other jams. All our jams are an extra category with 60% fruit, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness in the middle of the season. Enjoy each seasonal fruit all year round in its sweetest version and its excellent organoleptic characteristics. In addition, we have some preserves, in which we continue to maintain quality and tradition, such as extra category peppers roasted in a wood oven or homemade ratatouille following the traditional recipe with olive oil.
