Tuscani Eccellenze di Cacao was born from the vision of a man who visited Nicaragua for the first time in 2013 and was fascinated by this territory, rich in volcanoes and tropical jungles, where small and rare cocoa plantations flourish. It is in this small piece of land that the TUSCANI chocolate factory project was born, where the best cocoa beans of origin are selected and Chocolate of distinguished quality is produced. The passion for the raw material and its history, the Tuscan craftsmanship and the constant search for quality are part of the the world of TUSCANI ECCELLENZE DI CACAO. A fascinating world, that we feel in each product and that makes us rediscover the ancient and authentic flavour of artisan chocolate. Our company is a direct importer of cocoa beans from Nicaragua, which are cultivated according to the traditional methods of cultivation and fermentation, without agrochemicals. We supply our cocoa in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way, with great attention to social standards and ethical economic practices. Following the harvest, we process and distribute the highest quality Trinitario cocoa beans. Our factory in Italy produces raw materials from 100% pure cocoa beans: cocoa mass, cocoa nips, cocoa block and cocoa butter.
