Our history has deep roots going back to the early 20th century, when the grandparents and great-grandparents of the Moccia family, driven by a bold vision, founded the First Pasta Factory. It was a time when the world was beginning to discover the magic of Italian pasta, and our best shapes traveled beyond national borders, stored in elegant wooden crates that preserved their quality and authenticity.In 1976, Mario Moccia senior restored the Afeltra pasta factory, passionately renewing the family's art of pasta making. In 2006, the Moccia brothers picked up the baton, fascinated by the magic of pasta's unmistakable flavors and aromas. By founding a new pasta factory, they paid homage to the family legacy, transforming pasta into a symbol of style and an authentic object of desire, proudly carrying on a vision passed down from generation to generation.Enclosed in each shape produced is the story of four generations, made up of dreams, sacrifices and an irrepressible passion for the art of pasta making.
