Our company was founded in Ceraso (SA), in Cilento and here, the Iannicelli De Luca family has carried on the ancient tradition of olive cultivation for the production of refined quality oil. On the olive oil labels 'Sopaffino di Ceraso' and 'Finissimo di Ceraso', the ancient brands of the Iannicelli family, which already in 1800 boasted the prestige of managing an export business that allowed them to cross the oceans. Methods of cultivation, fertilization and protection of plants that are still completely natural today, harvesting olives during the period of maximum quality yield and rapid delivery of the fruit to the mill are the fundamental elements that have made it possible to achieve the high production standard handed down from generation to generation. The pride and confidence in the high level of quality achieved soon led us to the intention of subjecting it to a rigorous certification process that guarantees its authenticity and naturalness at every stage of production, from the cultivation of the plant to bottling.
