Una sorella ama i sottaceti, un'altra sorella ama i cocktail. Come spesso accade tra sorelle, abbiamo deciso di combinare le nostre passioni e creare sottaceti deliziosamente inebrianti. All'inizio, ci siamo unite durante le vacanze e il tempo libero per produrre grandi lotti di sottaceti infusi con alcol. Per anni, li abbiamo regalati a familiari, amici e colleghi e la loro risposta è stata "Questo è un ottimo sottaceto! Cosa c'è in questo sottaceto?" E così è nata la creazione di What the Pickles. Desiderando condividere il nostro amore per i sottaceti dai sapori unici, nel 2021 abbiamo deciso di avviare un'attività di sottaceti artigianali in piccoli lotti. La nostra prima linea di sottaceti è stata lanciata nel 2022, con sapori di gin, whisky, rum e birra. La vita ci ha riservato alcune sorprese e un anno dopo il nostro lancio abbiamo trasferito la nostra attività nell'area del New England. Durante il trasferimento abbiamo avuto il tempo di migliorare i nostri prodotti e persino di aggiungerne alcuni nuovi.
