How does Faire's brand referral program work?
Faire's brand referral program allows you to invite brands that you'd like to shop with on Faire! You can refer a brand by submitting the brand's information in your Faire portal. This will send an email with your referral link to the brand, encouraging them to apply for a Faire account. If the brand applies for a Faire account through your referral link, you'll also get a credit reward! Currently you can earn up to $2,000 in Faire credit for each brand that signs up through your link. When the brand goes live on Faire, you'll receive an initial credit of $50, in addition to another $50 for each order they receive within their first 30 days. You can use this credit to shop with any Faire brand, and it will automatically apply towards your next orders at checkout.
How do I make sure that I receive rewards for my referral?
Share your referral link with your desired brands, and ensure they sign up through your link so that you can earn a reward for their referral. You can locate your referral link in your Faire portal, and we encourage you to share this link through any communication method you'd like - email, social media, and more. Remember, brands are 2x more likely to join if they get a personal note from you!
What happens if two people refer the same brand?
If multiple people refer the same brand, the brand will get an invite from all of their referrers. Whichever referrer's link is used by the brand to sign up will be the person who receives the referral reward credit. You'll see the status of the brand's application update in your Faire portal, along with a notification if they did or did not use your link.
What's the benefit for my referred brand?
After your referred brand signs up for their Faire account, they'll have the support of a dedicated Faire team member to help them set up their shop with ease. On Faire, brands are able to be discovered by retailers all around the world and can enjoy a variety of benefits, including flexible payment options, order management tools, customer support, and perks like Faire-funded promotions to boost their sales. Plus, when a brand signs up through your referral link, they'll get 0% commission on any orders that you place with them.
What happens after I refer a brand?
After you refer a brand in your Faire portal, they'll receive an email invite containing your referral link. You can watch the status of the brand's application in your account to monitor their progress. Once their account goes live on Faire, you'll see any eligible rewards reflected in your account. If you receive a credit reward for a referral sign up, you'll be able to redeem it on any brand when you place your next order(s).
