Distilled with fine botanicals and the unmistakable Collesi mastery, Gin Street Art is an explosion of aromas and personality. The Collesi Dry Gin is based on an ancient recipe created by Giuseppe Collesi and is made with the finest Italian ingredients. The raw materials are expertly distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method, where the head and tail are removed, isolating the heart rich in those aromas that well identify the botanicals used. After the distillation phase, the gin is left to rest for at least 6 months in steel silos, then brought to the desired strength with the purest water from Monte Nerone, chilled to -8°C for at least 36 hours to eliminate all essential oils from the distillation and give a clean character to the distillate. It is then filtered five times and bottled. The Collesi Dry Gin, elegant and modern, releases all its freshness, offering a generous sensory experience.
