This icing will dry hard in about 24 hours.Ingredients for Royal Icing: Sugar, Egg Albumen, Maltodextrin, Cream of Tartar, Gum Arabic, Vanilla Powder.Directions: Add to mix 75 mil (5 tbsp) of lukewarm water. Beat on medium speed in mixer for 7 minutes using flat beater. If you like icing softer add up to 25 ml (2 tbsp) of more water. Helpful Hint : Royal icing must be kept moist when not in use.
