From Verdicchio grapes, destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for the duration of spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control, returned, after a long maturation of 18 months in cement, a few bottles of rediscovered wine. The wine has a golden yellow appearance, on the nose it has a beautiful complexity of aromas that includes orange jam, apricot, dried fruit and a spicy note of saffron. On the palate, ripe aromas of grapefruit and orange peel stand out and a balsamic note in the finish. Pairings: Medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts, or white farmyard animal meat, spicy risotto and some types of Asian cuisine.
