PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 100% distilled gin with a very classic style and subtle balsamic and citrus touches. Made through the separate double distillation of all the botanicals that make up this unique blend, in our 1892 copper stills. As a base for the maceration of the botanicals, we use a genetically unmodified grain alcohol, which has been distilled, rectified, and neutralized. TASTING NOTE: Very balanced gin with notes of juniper and roots on a subtly citrus background. Iris and lemon stand out, on a predominantly balsamic background. On the palate, it is fine and elegant, developing a complexity of aromas and flavors characteristic of a great classic. PERFECT SERVE: Classic Gin & Tonic service. Ideal for mixing with cola, lemon soda, or ginger beer. It brings great elegance to classic gin-based cocktails, such as Aviation, Gin Fizz, Gin Martini, Gin Spritz, Gin Tea, and Tom Collins.
