It is the result of the continuous dedication with which our cook seeks the right balance of ingredients in a new recipe: to the tomato sauce, we add a bit of diced tomato and plenty of good organic pancetta, obtaining a flavorful sauce with the right consistency. As a pasta shape, we recommend using bucatini or spaghetti, tossing them in the pan with the sauce when almost cooked.
