I inadvertently ordered "Bulk" and when I tried to reach out to the company, they were non-responsive. I contacted customer service at faire wholesale and they had better luck than me. I resolved the problem quickly after that. Love the product but their customer service could improve. I will continue to purchase from them. I will just be more careful next time as it was my error in the first place.

I did not notice that I had ordered the UNPACKAGED listing….but regardless I would assume that the product would somehow come shipped so that they don’t scuff each other up in transit. The owner is very accommodating however and I appreciate her help with getting new product. Am I being unreasonable that I would expect these to come in perfect condition? I just don’t think I can sell these.

I didn’t like that the caps came unboxed the last order I placed each cap was boxed individually this order came and all the caps were loose making resale in my shop difficult
