Jade Imperial is a limited edition made with picual variety olives, sourced from the highest parts of our estate, harvested in the early days of the early harvest, giving it that characteristic picual green hue of our Jaen area. Its production process is carried out with the utmost care, ensuring the optimal properties of the oil are obtained. Its aroma reminds us of the fragrance of the centuries-old olive groves on the slopes of Sierra Morena, bathed by the Guadalquivir basin. Fresh grass and tomato plant dominate that sensation. Delicate and silky to the touch, Jade would be equivalent to our precious extra virgin olive oil not only in terms of its luminous pigmentation and liveliness but also regarding the refined taste and smell provided by its high degree of wonderful polyphenols. Imbuing it with its fruity green grass, tomato plant, green almond, artichoke, and fig tree flavor. All this fusion creates the distinguished and exquisite taste that defines it.
