Only received 5 of the 20 products ordered. Update: Is this a joke. I originally ordered 20 packets containing 4 jars of honey and a stick. You sent me only 4 of those. I complained and, supposedly, you sent me the remaing 16. The delivery, which just arrived, contains ONE packet, and it doesnit even match the ones you sent me. You still owe me FIFTEEN packets. I am giving you one final opportunity to resolve my issue. Please do so as soon as possible
