These pouches are made by women from Nepal. Cutting waste from clothing workshops are made into these colorful pouches. Because the materials used for the pouches are always different, every pouch is unique. The pouches are made at home so the women are able to provide additional family income. The pouch opens by pulling the two tassels with the shortest length of cord. By pulling the other two tassels, the pouch closes again. Use it to keep small treasures such as jewelry, gems or miniature statues.
