The term “Rive” indicates, in the local language, the slopes of the steep hills that characterize the territory. This typology highlights the different expressions of Conegliano ValDobbiadene. The Rive is obtained from the steepest and most suitable vineyards with grapes from a single municipality or fraction of it, to enhance the characteristics that the territory gives to the wine. In the denomination there are 43 shores, and each of them expresses a different peculiarity of soil, exposure and microclimate. Prosecco Superiore Rive di Bagnolo is a cornerstone of the Mani Sagge production. The vineyards, with a slope of more than 24%, are over 50 years old. They can be admired from the panoramic terrace in the Estate.
