PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 100% distilled gin with a modern style featuring spicy and citrus notes. Crafted through the separate double distillation of all the botanicals that make up this unique blend, in our 1892 copper stills. As a base for the maceration of the botanicals, we use a genetically unmodified grain alcohol, which has been distilled, rectified, and neutralized. TASTING NOTE: A very balanced gin with predominant notes of juniper and spices over a bed of citrus. Cardamom and red grapefruit stand out, over a fresh balsamic background. On the palate, it is fine and elegant, developing a complexity of aromas and flavors typical of a superior quality London Gin. PERFECT SERVE: Classic Gin & Tonic service.
